The HC Tavern + Kitchen is a family-friendly, classic American grill located at Fishers District in Fishers, IN. We are open for lunch and dinner daily with a menu that features sandwiches, salads, steak, seafood, and beer, wine, and cocktails, with a brunch menu available on Saturdays and Sundays. All reservations will be held for 15 minutes.

Patio dining is first come first serve. We do our best to accommodate requests, but requests cannot always be guaranteed.

Food was good, overall enjoyed the experience w/ my family. However, it was really loud in the area we sat. Part of it, probably all of it, was one table of women fully enjoying themselves. They have every right to do so. At some point though, it would have been nice if they had been aware of everyone in the room. It was sensory overload. We could hardly have a decent conversation amongst ourselves. Not sure anyone could have done anything about it, just stating our experience. Food was enjoyable. Service was good.

Sunday brunch has always been an enjoyable experience at HC Tavern. The food, ambience, cocktails and service have been impeccable. However, today, was a very different experience. Jonathan and Kristin saved the day today and Cameron ALWAYS provides a patron-centered, dining experience with ease. Patrons are asked to provide special requests, notes and accommodations at the time of RSVPing and the ability to not provide those requests needs to be communicated prior to arrival. Today, that very needed communication did not happen, which led to me being greeted and told I needed to sit at the bar, even as I made reservations at least a month or so in advance, with specific seating requests. The greeter offered no valid explanation nor an apology. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect this to never happen again should I decide to patronize in the future. Thank you.

We had great service; and the food is always delicious. We started with the shrimp cocktail ( always have to start with it). Our entree was scallops and fried chicken. Both we cooked to perfection; with great side.

Took an out of town business associate for his first time visit service and food was excellent. Was a very enjoyable evening.

Just posted on yelp. Do not mind to post the same thing here again. My kids’ favorite restaurant. Excellent food, service and environment. We were seated at the same table for the past 4 times! Nothing wrong with it at all, but we probably will ask to sit at a different table next time.
