                                                                                    Traveling to San Diego and this restaurant was recommended to us. The food was very good and the service was great. Very nice place to have dinner. Very clean and up scale but affordable. I would differently go again.

                                                                                    I love eggs Benedict. It’s my favorite thing for brunch. I order it with the eggs poached well b/c I don’t like runny yolks. The waitress was super nice but said they couldn’t accommodate that request. It was odd to me. If I had asked for a burger well done, I can get that….but I can’t get my eggs the temperature I prefer. It’s fine- I get that it’s a policy, for whatever reason. But my son (16) and I go to brunch literally every Sunday. We live in Rancho Santa Fe and go to the Pony Room, Jake’s, The Cottage, Hotel Del….we like to try new places and it’s just our thing. And I’ve never had anyone tell me that they can’t poach eggs well. So we just won’t be back. No drama. The restaurant is gorgeous and the staff was really nice. But I like what I like.
