Most dishes were delicious and nicely presented. Prices much higher than most places and portions average. Service was slow, server was ambivalent and inflexible.

It is clear to me why they closed down one of their locations. We arrived and not 1 person was eating at 6pm on a Friday evening. I felt like I was walking on to the set of a restaurant rescue program. We took our seats and we were left waiting for 10 minutes. Stayed only because the person I was with had better experience than what I described below several years ago. Without going into great detail the items we had: shrimp salad, Brussel sprouts,and butternut squash taco had absolutely no flavor. It was clear that the tacos may have been microwaved, the shrimp was most likely frozen, and the Brussel sprouts were greasy and were really not edible. The ambience was cold and dreary as the furniture was dated and dirty. Felt bad for the very polite workers as it’s clear they could not make a decent wage with no customers. Best to avoid IMHO until they make changes accordingly.

I’ve gone to Herb Box for years and always loved it - especially because they have food for every diet - love that they have vegan options! The meal last night felt pretty mediocre - not sure why. They also haven’t updated the menu in years. I really want them to thrive - it’s time for a refresh.

Always have a great time at herb box on shea. Very kid friendly. Our server brought us orange slices for the kids, such a kind gesture!

We loved our recent dinner at The Herb Box. The Mezze with hummus was excellent. I also appreciated that there are wonderful vegan options to choose from. The Brussels sprouts were my absolute favorite. My husband also enjoyed the filet. Service from Marley was also outstanding.

Skip this location & go to Old Scottsdale. Shea has same name & menu but that’s it. Sad to see how different this location is compared to the other.

We love this place. Great selection of foods and deserts. Food is well prepared and flavorful. Prices are reasonable. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Thnak you so much for an amazing brunch. The food was amazing and all 4 of us had a different dish - all perfect. Marley, our waitress was best-in-class and was wonderful. It was the absolute perfect place to celebrate my Mom's 82nd BDay. Thank you
