Open 7 days a week, the Hudson is a refreshing new restaurant. The restaurant is set in a comfortable and luxurious space. It is designed keeping in mind the comfort of the diners. The environment is cool and the dining-rooms are well lit. The high vaulted ceilings and massive windows create a lux environment to richly compliment our stunning views of Sedona's world-famous Red Rocks.
Despite not being overly innovative, classic dishes are given a new spin using seasonal ingredients. Some of the leading dishes on the Hudson menu include our Prime Ribeye, Hudson Mushroom Burger, crispy Calamari.
We strongly encourage reservations, but also accept walk-ins. For parties of 9 or more, please email info@thehudsonsedona.com

This restaurant is simply outstanding. All 5 of us had different appetizers and entrees and all were delicious. The service provided by Asure was over the top. She listened to our dietary wishes and she made recommendations to the meals we ordered. She did an excellent job. We will return for sure.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly hostess, who explained that our reservations will be a little bit delayed, and that we could sit at the bar and have a drink. Once we were seated the food server, she was very polite, friendly easy to talk with explained the food that we ask questions of. My wife and I ordered the filet mignon which came out perfect. The ambience of the whole restaurant was very satisfying. As a matter fact, it was so good that we went back to following night.

Great view of the RedRocks during sunset! The staff were extremely friendly from the hostess to the waitress. We had the filet mignon and the pork chops. Both meals were delicious, and had large portion sizes! The dessert list looked inviting but we were full! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Wonderful meals as always never a miss. Service as you would expect from a 5 star establishment and will try something new every time we go. I know we will never be disappointed. Scallops were superb again. And the peanut butter pie rich and delicious with the best homemade whipped cream on top.

We loved our food here. The steak, and the ravioli were amazing. The cocktails were delicious and well balanced. We also loved our wine choices. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We were rarely checked on. I was on my last few bites of my meal before she came by to ask if the food was as expected and if we needed anything. I had wanted a glass of wine with my dinner and received it long after I finished my meal. Wine glasses of our guests were collected without asking if they wanted more or if they needed another drink. 10 minutes before we were approached after being seated and that trend continued with even longer waits between being checked on. Dessert menu, dessert, and check took forever to receive. It was also excessively hot in the restaurant. It was a cold night but the thermostats showed 74° which felt very uncomfortable. The restaurant was beautiful and again our food was great but between the service and temp we were feeling a bit heated to say the least.

Excellent restaurant. Well laid out…comfortable at bar and dining room. Food was great. Corn chowder, swordfish sandwich, bruschetta funghi and a cold craft amber beer. After an awesome day of hiking with my brother in this stunning area what more could you ask for in this wonderful life. Enjoy!
