                                                                                                                                          Four of us went out to celebrate my wife’s birthday (it was the day before but that celebration was Valentine’s Day) and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was very good, reasonably priced and the service was good. The music was right up my alley and it was great to see the staff and musicians interacting with the guests. There were obviously quite a few “regulars.” Yea, the crowd was mostly on the older side, but even the few young ones got into the fun. We’ll be back!

                                                                                                                                          Tonight was prime rib night, and it was excellent as always.  Shout out to our server, Athena G who provided excellent service with a friendly and pleasant manner.  Live entertainment provided almost every night.  Meals served either at the bar, in the dining room or outside on the patio.  A little noisy inside, but definitely worth it.

                                                                                                                                          We frequent the Islander while staying at the resort. It is consistently good. It's great that they have live music every night. Missed seeing Matt Stone as Elvis, but I see on Face book that he s doing well with his cover show. We wish him much success. Amy our waitress this past Saturday was a doll. Great service and a hoot as well. Ryan at the pool is also terrific. We got the last two pieces of Prime Rib. They were huge and very good. We could have split one. We have also been there for the breakfast on a number of mornings. Also consistently good. My husband loves their Mexican Omelet.

                                                                                                                                          Nicely designed restaurant inside a resort with a large menu, live music, and good service. One of our party was celebrating a birthday and it was noted on our reservation but no mention of that at any point during the dining experience. The management needs to train staff on the fine points of using OpenTable.
