The Italiano, the newest masterpiece by Chef Joey Maggiore and his team of culinary geniuses, located at 90th Street and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, the elevated Italian restaurant will be The Maggiore Group’s sixth concept introduced to the Valley’s award-winning dining scene.

The Italiano exudes an ambiance of casual elegance, blending warmth with sophistication, while offering authentic Italian dishes that transport you to the very heart of culinary tradition in Italy. The menu will feature the flavors of old-school red sauce Italian cuisine with a Chef Joey touch. Interactive tableside experiences will include an antipasto cart where guests can curate their own plate with over 30 different items. There will also be a must-try Limoncello cocktail cart and a Zabaione dessert cart.

The Italiano's lounge and bar will be open at 3pm, and reservations will begin at 5pm for main dining.

    The Itailiano experience was excellent. The staff and the food were suburb but the noise level makes it difficult to carry on a conversation.

    The Antipasto cart was fun and delicious. The Caesar salad was spot on. Dressing seemed to be made just for our salad. The Anchovies were white anchovies! The Bolognese was the perfect blend of veal beef and pork. We were celebrating my birthday, so the gave us a delicious chocolate amoretto cake to go with my decaf cappuccino. Service was spot on throughout the meal. I can't wait to go back again!!!

    Food was authentic and delicious. Ambience is elegant and unique. Presentation is on point with little bits of branding at every step. Love this addition to our neighborhood but would travel miles for this experience. Fantastic meal topped of with a perfect tiramisu and wonderful cappuccino.

    Birthday lunch with friends. The ambience of this restaurant is beautiful. We loved our appetizers ( very fresh, light, and hot calamari and the shrimp appetizer in the signature tin was both delicious and creative). My husband loved the sausage in his dish. I ate light with the antipasto salad. Great service, nice birthday dessert plus the cannoli and lemon tart dessert also delicious!

    We had a wonderful celebration lunch today! The three of us had the cannelloni, the short rib lasagna, and the liguini and clams - all delicious. Shared a tasty desert of chocolate profiteroles. Chef Joey has matched the legendary Tomaso's in quality, presentation, and service. The decor is beautiful with blue and white accent tiles and starter plates. No complaints on anything.

    Great service , decor and piano music. The General Manager,Michael, was very attentive, friendly and helpful. My party and I had a fun time and enjoyed the great service, and management’s attention to detail. We will definitely be regulars.

    Excellent lunch menu and service. Wed had dinner here 2 times prior. This was our first time for lunch. There is a separate lunch menu. It was all amazing

    We had wonderful service in a beautiful setting. The food was great with the exception of the fish entree. As can sometimes happen, it was too strong of a fish taste for my liking. The server overheard me saying it- I did not complain. Immediately, the manager came over and insisted on making it right. So nice! We will definitely return!
