On the second floor of The Ivy Spinningfields, Manchester is Ivy Asia. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.

Our menu takes you on a journey through Asia where you can enjoy sushi & sashimi, small dishes such as prawn tempura, and large dishes including the likes of slow-cooked pork belly and avocado crispy tofu. All our meals are the perfect match for our theatrical drinks and cocktails.

On the weekend, our vibrant destination comes alive with entertainment, music, and DJs, encouraging you to stay and play late into the night.

Situated on the second floor, The Geisha Room at Ivy Asia accommodates 18 guests on one long table or 20 guests across two rounds of 10. The private room features a striking pink onyx bar, sumptuous furnishings, colourful Asian-inspired fabrics and a gold leaf ceiling, all set against breath-taking artwork in floor to ceiling mirrors. As with Ivy Asia restaurant and bar, The Geisha Room offers Asian-inspired cocktails alongside dishes such as Wagyu beef with truffle sauce, salmon fillet teriyaki, and avocado, crispy tofu, lime and ginger dressing.

Festive Pre-Show Dining Experience

Join us in the stunning surroundings of the Ivy Asia Manchester for your festive pre-show meal. Whether you are heading to the Christmas markets, the theatre or the football match, our Festive Pre-Show Set Menu is an ideal way to start your afternoon or early evening. The menu consists of four waves of food, showcasing some of our signature dishes at the price of 40£ per person and you can add a glass of Ivy champagne for £10 per person. Available 12noon to 7 pm Monday to Friday over the festive period. Kindly note that this offer will not be available on Boxing and New Year's Day. Vegetarian options are available on request. My favourite restaurant! Everything is always perfect, the service, the food, the drinks, the music, the temperature, the ambient and the decor just wow! I love dining here and the staff is always above and beyond!

Incredible dinner at The Ivy Asia. Opted for the pre-theatre set menu for £40. Came with 4 courses each and we also chose two extras off the main menu. All of the food was amazing, generous portions and definitely worth the menu. The staff were all superb and so attentive, didn’t catch the main of our waitress but she was outstanding. The tables are quite close together and the music fairly loud so it was definitely noisy and hard to hear each other as we could hear the next tables conversations so bare that in mind. But the atmosphere was lovely otherwise. First time at The Ivy Asia and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful service, stylist interiors, very delicious food. We were advised 3 dishes max per person but after choosing the waiter advised us to drop one and he was right, there was plenty of food! The sesame prawn toast and short rib beef croquettes were stunning as were the noodles and dragon fries.

Me and my friend had booked a table for my birthday. We had a really lovely time! Our waiter was ever so kind and welcoming! He suggested some very nice cocktails from the menu because we didn’t know what to pick. The food and atmosphere was fantastic. We had a fab experience!

Good sized portions of tasty food and friendly service; however, the background music was banging dance with a loud beat that wasn’t relaxing and the tables are so close that you can hear all the conversation if the next table and one of the the ladies spoke very loudly.

The place is amazing to look at and the food was fantastic, also the service was great. The only down side was that the music was very loud and in my opinion didn’t really give the right atmosphere for an Asia restaurant. Overall would definitely go back again but maybe not just before Christmas.
