   Stile ed eleganza dell'ambiente non gli impediscono di essere accogliente e propiziare la conversazione, con leggerezza e gaiezza. La sapiente ed attenta cucina rende il cibo un piacere per il palato ed anche per gli occhi. Personale gentile, sorridente e professionale. Ivy e' una certezza ed una coccola sempre speciale

   Had great meal. Ryan our waiter was amazing. Only 2 complaints, our table was very small for 3 adults, especially with water, wine and pot of tea on table. Then unfortunately the waitress who served our main course was quite rude. We were still eating our appetisers and she came over and dumped the food right on top of the olives and bread. Didnt even ask if we were finished with the appetisers. She never tried to clear table at first. Apart from main course being dumped down we did have a great meal and great atmosphere.

   The experience wasn't what I expected of the Ivy name . We were taken to our tables, which were all very close together. We received our water in a glass ,when other tables got a jar each. The champagne strawberry mojitio wasn't up to expectations. We sat for 30 minutes before our food order was taken. The food was a regular burger, nothing special. Was expecting high food quality. Asked for the bill, which came with a £12 service charge. Which wasn't warranted. The restaurant looked gorgeous, but, felt like a mediocre restaurant.

   Ambience, superb service and as ever consistent great food and drinks. I love the reliability of The Ivy in delivering on a great meal and this didn’t disappoint. After dinner, asking for a seat at the bar for a cocktail didn’t disappoint with an amazing end to our day in Glasgow. Thanks!

   In their desire to pack more diners in, The Ivy have put (folding) tables in the private dining room. It is not possible to sit at these without having a table in front of you. Also the tables are back to back with others making it cramped and difficult for guests to get in and out. The food took over 30 mins to arrive and we we told that this was because we asked for 1 steak to be well done! The burger had mayo on it - which was not in the description - which seems nothing big unless you don't like mayo and having waited so long for you food!

   Very good rapport established by the server from the outset. Quality of food was first class and to the usual high standard

    Very busy Saturday evening visit and the staff we great! Our table wasn’t ready so was taken upstairs for a nice drink first. Staff so friendly and nothing too big an ask. Food was phenomenal! Shout out to the fish and chips, it was like a cloud wrapped in crispy batter! Cocktails were delicious. Cannot wait to come back!
