   We have stayed at the Jack Russel for three nights and have been treated to superb meals, could not fault the food or the service. Sunday evening we chose to have a roast dinner which was nice but not as nice as the previous al la carte menu items we'd had on other days.

   Exceptional food and service. The standard is extremely high and we felt thoroughly spoilt on our special occasion celebration. The hotel is amazing, and service excellent. We will return.

   Excellent food. My only comment is the food what a bit of a wait for it to arrive, however very good when it did.

   We had a lovely lunch today at the Jack Russell. Such friendly staff, a relaxed environment and the food was sublime, I would highly recommend to anyone. This remains our favourite place to eat as it always has a fresh and inviting menu.

   The Jack Russell is a wonderful country pub. It’s very cosy and very welcoming. The food is fantastic! Ive never had a bad meal here. It is very seasonal food and the menu changes often. Look forward to my next trip! Just need to remember to bring the dog next time?

   Such a gorgeous place that we always want to come back to. Cosy atmosphere, lovely team, and great food. What more could one want?

   A fabulous location, you immediately feel relaxed. The venue is beautiful and the small touches didn’t go unnoticed. The staff were so attentive and the food delicious. Would highly recommend

    The food was wonderful. My granddaughter said she had the best steak she's ever had - but she is only 16! To be fair it looked juicy and delicious - I'm having it next time. The restaurant was full but service was quick and efficient. I can't wait to visit in the summer when we can sit out in the lovely garden.
