The James has definitely become one of my favorite restaurants! Every staff member is so incredibly nice and helpful! I have difficult food restrictions, and the chef couldn’t be more accommodating. Matt, the Manager is so friendly, and kind, as was Carlos, our server! Perfect way to celebrate my birthday!

Our server, Michael, was so friendly and an outstanding server. It was our first time to The James and we will definitely be back. Food was perfect - drinks were exceptional.

The cauliflower entree-amazing!!!! Try it! The steak not so amazing….the 14,000 layer chocolate cake, fresh and fluffy- get it! Cheesecake too. Loved the experience and our server, Michael, was excellent!

We were a party of 6 dining for New Years eve. Reservations were made for 9:15 and we arrived 15 min early. We were not seated till 9:45. (One hour of standing for a handicapped person as all seats near the bar were filled) The James itself was absolutely beautiful, however quite noisy. The food was excellent, all steaks were prepared as ordered. deserts were good. Only suggestion I would make is to have at least 1 option for a Chicken breast entree. Overall a great night out!

Food and environment was nice! I did find it a little odd that they put the bread directly on the table no plate, you're cutting the bread quite literally on the table. Very messy for such an expensive place...

Almost 5 stars! Service was amazing! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, we were seated right away and the food came out at a great pace. Not rushed, or hurried at all. Only criticism is that we prefer our ribeye steaks medium and they were definitely rare. Other than that 2 enthusiastic thumbs up! We will definitely be back!!

Everything was amazing from beginning to end, an awesome & much needed revamp from the Carriage house. A classy staple for Babylon Village. Christian was our waiter on NYE very busy but right on point. Will definitely be back

We had a great experience the first time we ate here, and we were seated upstairs. This time we were seated next to the kitchen window with a bright light shining on our table. Wasn’t the ambience we were going for on NYE. And reservations were made weeks ago, so it wasn’t late minute and we we had to be squeezed into any table they had left.
