The Kitchen Austin is now open and we are so thrilled to be part of this vibrant community! Our nationally acclaimed Chef/Partner Michael Bertozzi and his team are creating gorgeous seasonal dishes inspired by global flavors and our General Manager John D'Alexander and his front-of-house team can't wait to greet you with warm hospitality. Make sure to try our famous carrots with urfa, whipped feta, pistachio, sesame, cilantro and mint, the crispy cauliflower with carrots, chickpeas, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, mango, pickled red onion and fresh herb salad and our red fish a la tala with avocado mousse, ciopollini and cilantro. Join us for a special occasion evening, or grab a seat at the bar for a casual bite and a signature smoked old fashioned.

                                                                        Every experience here has been great- we have tried nearly everything on the menu except the tomahawk, in 3 visits. The menu is creative and modern. The space is beautiful. Can't wait to return for another round!

                                                                        Ambiance was amazing. Loved the look of the place. Really want to come back and sit at that bar! Everything we ate was delicious. We had the carrots, tagliatelle, grilled oysters, steak tartare, and bone marrow and every dish was so good. I was surprised to see this place so empty on a Saturday night. Definitely one of the better restaurants in Austin. Word needs to get out!!

                                                                        Crudo was amazing! Oysters were good; however, you are only served 4 per order. Something was off about the taste of the gnocchi. Churro Donuts are good; however, I am not a fan of the coffee ice cream.

                                                                        Upscale modern design that is still trying to get its legs. Food and drinks try to stand out and be innovated, but fails to surprise. That is not to say it is bad, but merely gives a feeling of not bad.

                                                                        Beautiful restaurant, staff working on a few things but very polite and friendly. Mussels were good with a lot of Asian spice but needed a few more mussels, the Duck Confit Tagliatelle had Asian noodles, was good, although short on duck for a $38.50 medium size dish, good but with Asian twist again…American Bistro? No bread with the mussels had to order some, another way restaurants now get you for $ add ons that should come with a dish, cocktails standard price for downtown Austin. Wine list way to expensive, only 1 Rosa at $50 price point, everything else way to high, need a few sparking, reds and whites around $50 bottle. Will not be on our restaurant rotation.
