Little Lights on the Lane is an event center located on the Cedars Edge Golf Course well known for creating exceptional experiences for weddings, events, family and friends. We strive to reach each human that walks through our door, making them feel welcome and warm. When the chance arose to open a restaurant next door we knew it was an opportunity to continue intentional experiences in a more intimate setting.

Thus, the Lively, a welcoming atmosphere full of ambience and cheer with hand-crafted dishes that make your senses come alive. Join us Thursday evenings or Sunday brunch with family and friends. We also host a monthly supper club that is full of fresh, local ingredients and served farm to table. Our hours range-so check our calendar to be sure we are open. We don’t open the door every evening because we want you, too, to be intentional when you come in to visit.

The Supper Club at The Lively harkens to the root of neighbors and strangers eating together, gathering at a common table to enjoy a meal. Offering an elevated dining experience that combines the pleasures of fine cuisine with a social and interactive ambiance, The Supper Club meets monthly to celebrate what is happening now in the fields as well as projects from the kitchen. Each menu is prix fixe and features products that are grown here in Eastern Iowa. Come join us for an intentional evening and experience the heart of The Lively.

Everything was outstanding! We will definitely be going back! Such a unique place with really good food and a homey environment. Loved it!

I’ve been to several Supper Club evenings, and thoroughly enjoy each one. I being different friends each time, and no one is disappointed. Love that we have this available in our town. Owners are great, genuinely kind and ensure every detail is attended to. The food is full of creative combinations, and is locally sourced / tied to the season. The chef is down-to-earth, and the stories about each course are very interesting - why he chose it, how he sources it, other ways to use the ingredients at times. It is simply nice to be with a crowd of other foodies. I plan to attend many more Supper Clubs.

Food was amazing. The social setting and engagement with the chef and host made for an incredible experience. The supper club experience is highly recommended.

The place is beautiful. The food was great. The ambiance was wonderful. The 5 course dinner last Friday was very good and fun. My favorite was the green salad and the duck. This is a great addition to our neck of the woods.

Their Sunday brunch was AMAZING! The restaurant is decorated to beautifully. The views are gorgeous. The service was fantastic. And the food was outstanding. Loved everything about our brunch!!!

Delicious food, comfortable and inviting atmosphere, and best of all, an exceptionally friendly staff. We went for an evening dinner and drinks, and they were a little short staffed but handled the entire situation with aplomb. We've also been many times for brunch and had nothing but wonderful experiences each time!
