The Loch & the Tyne is all about sustainable British luxury. The perfect countryside location for exclusive weddings, private events and country getaways.

We're a British pub in the countryside of old Windsor, offering a relaxed and cosy space where guests can pop in for a quick drink or retreat for the day trying out our list of local craft beers and wine. We very much celebrate English wines, both still and sparkling.

We offer British pub food, with a luxury approach. It’s a simple offering but showcases the
best of British produce. Our Sunday lunch is perfect to come and enjoy with friends and family (and
dogs are more than welcome too).

    Un ristorante con ottima cucina ed ambiente gradevole. Il personale che serve ai tavoli è molto bravo ed estremamente gentile. Forse i tempi di attesa un pelo lunghi, però il cibo li giustifica.

    The overall experience and food was excellent. The only criticism i have is that the lighting in the restaurant in the evening was poor. The tables are not well lit and random spotlights point directly into our eyes, depending where we are sitting. We have experienced this on previous occasions.

    As ever, food amazing! Wine overpriced but I always go for the food! The guys working there are so lovely and easy going, they are a treat int themselves! Sat next to a slightly noisy table so a little irritating! But seriously, food always soooo fab!

    Excellent experience. Staff were attentive and helpful. Good choice of food and it was delicious. Great atmosphere and overall a very positive dining experience. We’ll be back!

    Delicious food and attentive service. Sat on the terrace overlooking the countryside - majestic. Crispy chili sprouts on the side to accompany our slow cooked beef and garlic mash was an inspired choice!

    Food was lovely but service was slightly on the poor side especially considering for 4 of us (3 adults &1 child), we ended up spending over£320+ When spending this much money, you shouldn't need to keep asking for more water plus i would expect they would wipe down the table but this never happened. Food was lovely but we were given the veg menus to start with, and had to wait at least 15 mins to order food and drinks. The waiter was very good and knew which wine would go with what food. Food was great.

    The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, very engaging and attentive. All staff members were excellent. Great environment and a very welcoming venue.

    The Loch & The Tyne never disappoints. The food is absolutely delicious, and I am always blown away every time I visit. The atmosphere is so warm and cozy, it just feels like the perfect place to enjoy a great meal with the whole family (even your fur babies are welcome, and this is important for me). I’ve been here multiple times and always leave happy. This time, I brought some friends who had never been before, and they loved it just as much as I do. They even said they want to bring their parents next time, which says a lot. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
