Aimee Olexy and Stephen Starr's The Love is a bi-level sanctuary features 150 seats, split between the main dining room, sidewalk seating, and an upper-level loft.     The food is always great! The service was wonderful. Just keep in mind that it is the weekend and it gets crowded. Just be patient and you won’t regret your meal or experience♥️

    We all had a delicious meal. I had the Meyer lemon risotto and it was delicious. Others in my party had the scrambled eggs and the shrimp and grits and all really enjoyed their meals. We also shared the rolls with peach jam and of course the bacon. Yum! We were seated upstairs which was a bit less crowded and very nice. Our server, Mark, was excellent. We look forward to our next meals at The Love.

    The food blew out tops off and Lauren was 10 out of 10 outstanding! We canceled dessert because we hit our wall, and she surprised us with two cups of sorbet just so we could taste… thoughtful and generous and wonderful.

If you're planning to visit, it's advisable to secure a reservation in advance to guarantee your spot, or consider arriving after 3 pm to avoid the lunch rush. The restaurant boasts an upscale and contemporary ambiance, creating a perfect setting to enjoy a meal. One of the standout features of their menu is the unique twist they put on classic Southern cuisine. Among their offerings, the side potatoes are a highlight—cooked to perfection, they are simply one of the best I've ever tasted. Additionally, the Brussels sprouts paired with sweet potatoes are a must-try; the combination of flavors is both intriguing and satisfying. For the main course, the ravioli is nothing short of exquisite; it's prepared flawlessly, featuring a delightful balance of sweet and salty flavors that leaves a lasting impression.     I had a nice day experience at The Love because I was meeting up with some old friends I hadn’t seen in a few years. For that, the atmosphere was great. I wasn’t really there for the food but even with that I was disappointed. Why? I ordered the Chicken Caesar but there was almost no chicken. Perhaps less than an ounce. So I’d go back for a meetup with friends as it was quiet enough to talk, the staff was great - they were friendly, attentive and didn’t try to rush us. But if you’re hungry and want some protein steer clear of the Chicken Caesar.
