   Based on other restaurants within this hospitality group (e.g. Ada’s) we were excited for The Majestic. But is was disappointing: our food came out lukewarm (omelet, daughters’ grill cheese and chicken tenders), the latte was barely drinkable, and they only had sugar and sweet n low (no stevia or even Splenda). Server was polite and timely. Besides that, the experience was rather unremarkable.

   Best restaurant in Old Town and has been for many years. Been around since 1932. What more to say?

   Domenic delivered solid service. Our group of first time diners enjoyed exploring the tasting menu and all it's variety. I have never seen a menu quite like The Majestic. The salmon stood out as the crowd favorite. Oxtail baklava lacked a little something to bring it all together. Madame C cocktail was a great pairing with our fun night. We enjoyed this high energy, busy restaurant. Next time we come we plan to try the outdoor seating to get a taste of King St at night.

   We were celebrating a special occasion, and the wait staff and manager took the time to bring a special dessert with candle, which we greatly appreciated.

   We enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent! The decor is quite unusual and lovelier will recommend to other out of town guests.

   We enjoyed sweet potato muffins, a brisket omelette, chicken piccata, and iced tea and coffee. The food and drinks were very good with excellent flavors and textures. As good as the food was, the service was even better. The staff, especially our server Fernando L., was very accommodating about our seafood allergy and knew exactly which questions to ask to determine which of our chosen menu items would be appropriate for us. If we get the opportunity to return to Old Town Alexandria, we’ll put brunch at The Majestic a at the top of our to-do list.

    We went for Easter brunch and the food was amazing! Their Easter specials were great and my kids enjoyed their food too!
