We arrived for our booking to be told the first three drinks we wanted were not available, delivery tomorrow apparently 🙄 then we were told it is only a carvery on a Sunday, it does not say that on the website, we were disappointed, there wasn’t another soul in the restaurant and we did not fancy the carvery food so we cancelled and went to the chippy next door. I would highly recommend the chippy 👍🏻

We had to wait 40 mins for our table.When we got to our table,there was only three other tables with customers. There was only one person serving tables,doing the cooking and clearing tables. He was doing his best but we should have been told when we arrived that they were having problems The food was badly cooked, we had Fish and chips. It had obviously been cooked in oil that was not hot enough and was soaked in oil making it unedible.

Hotel a little tired needs redecorating but food great value on a groupon voucher. Service always prompt and polite sometimes under staffed otherwise good all round. We have been going to the manor for the last year.

First time at this restaurant, pleasantly surprised. Good food reasonably priced. Service was slow but wait staff were very pleasant. Will go again

Service very poor, staff standing around having personal conversations whilst customers waiting to be served. This hotel could be fantastic and the management really need to get a grip of the staff training. The carpets in the public areas are covered in dog hairs.

Lovely food. Service was excellent - all staff were very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend the bannoffe pie. We would definitely eat there again.

Very impressed with The Manor Hotel. Food was excellent the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. Lovely views of the sea from the restaurant and rear garden. Plus dogs are welcome.

Overall we had a good dining experience at The Manor. The food was good & staff friendly, but the service was slow waiting to order dessert & then non existent staff when we wanted to pay the bill. Had to go & find someone ourselves & after waiting again was then told to pay at the bar. If your happy to wait, then I would recommend the Manor

The service at this hotel was very slow. Obviously not enough experienced waiting staff. We won't be visiting any time soon.
