At The Maple Kitchen, we're proud of everything our beautiful state has to offer. We do our best to give you a taste of Vermont's bounty with every sip and bite! From berries picked down the road by local growers to meats and cheese procured from the Green Mountain Smokehouse to spirits made from local distillers such as SILO Distillery, we are deeply connected to - and dependent upon- our local communities to bring our guests a true taste of Vermont. You won't have to look hard to spot Vermont ingredients - Cheddar cheese (always white, never yellow), maple syrup, local meats, apples, fennel, seasonal vegetables and more round out the items on the menu. We are glad to have you at our table!

                                                                    Lousy environment had to return food not eatable did not want a replacement Dustin the waiter was excellent but obviously had no support he waiters plus poured drinks

                                                                    The server was knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list. Friendly atmosphere. The chef came to the table to chat and introduce himself. He also came to see how the meal was. Everyone should eat candied bacon once in their lifetime, if you are going to try it, you must try it here. So very delicious. I highly recommend eating at The Maple Kitchen.

                                                                    Really good ribs and salmon. Nice vegetables on the side. Small menu but all was good. I've had better steak but can't say it was bad. Great service.

                                                                    Food was very good. A bit of a surprise as we were expecting something a bit more pub-ish. So we ate there two nights during our stay in the region. Excellent ribs and salmon. Steak was good but I’ve had better. Vegs were all nicely flavoured and cooked. Server, Eric, provided friendly service.

                                                                    We live just down the road from The Maple Kitchen, and sometimes forget about it and shouldn't. It's a very nice spot, quiet, convenient. Katie who was the bartender was also our server, very nice. The restaurant wasn't very busy that night, which is fine with us. It was a very enjoyable evening.

                                                                    Overall restaurant was good, a bit on the high end of price. Family of four, two kids and parents for $125 is more than I wanted. It's nice that there is a restaurant on site, especially because the resort is so rural. However, the food was good and flavourful. Portions were perfect. If the menu was more descriptive we would have known that the ribeye comes covered in a pepper cream sauce, it wasn't unpleasant, just unexpected due to the menu's small descriptions.

                                                                    We had the best salmon and ribeye EVER here. The chef came out to the table and gave us such a personal experience. Getting the salmon and ribeye is a MUST to top it off you need to get the chocolate bomb dessert. Do not sleep on this place the food is amazing.

                                                                    Menu was limited but what we ordered was delicious. The chef came out from the kitchen and personally spoke to every customer in the restaurant. The manager came by to see if we had everything we need. The bartender came by to make sure my cocktail was to my liking. Best dessert ever!!
