The Mayor’s House By Selda is NOW OPEN! A full service restaurant in the historic The Mayors House home in Bishop Arts District in Dallas’ Oak Cliff. Led by acclaimed chef, Habip Kargin, and serving delicious dishes, kebab, a variety of fish, pilaf, pide, pistachio desserts, and more! We have a patio off the front of the restaurant where we offer hookah. We also have a small patio upstairs with great downtown views. Downstairs we have a full bar, a place for special events.

                                                                            My first time there - I had the chicken shish and tomato salad on the side and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. So well seasoned and yummy! Can’t wait to go back!

                                                                            This is one of the best restaurants in Dallas, hands down. Moderately priced amazing fresh food. So thankful this came to the wonderful Bishop Arts neighborhood.

                                                                            A great night out in Bishop Arts area. Beautiful old house venue with great outdoor seating options. We sat inside and ambiance also fantastic and not loud as it is broken down into different rooms. Food is delicious, fresh and with ample portions. Server offered great recommendations. The lamb was delicious as was the flatbread. We ordered several starters, shared appetizers and dessert. Nothing disappointed.

                                                                            Awesome Turkish restaurant!! Unlike any place I’ve been. Excellent Middle East cuisines and excellent service. Beautiful early 20th century former Dallas mayors house. Very beautifully preserved. Huge outdoor dining area. Views of downtown Dallas in the distance.
