The Mayor’s House By Selda is NOW OPEN! A full service restaurant in the historic The Mayors House home in Bishop Arts District in Dallas’ Oak Cliff. Led by acclaimed chef, Habip Kargin, and serving delicious dishes, kebab, a variety of fish, pilaf, pide, pistachio desserts, and more! We have a patio off the front of the restaurant where we offer hookah. We also have a small patio upstairs with great downtown views. Downstairs we have a full bar, a place for special events.

                                                                            We wanted to try the Mayors' House after some friends went there. We were a bit disappointed. Food was good but not a great value for what it was and service was terrible. They brought our main dish before we even finished our appetizers. The server apologized and was very nice about it but I consider it a big faux pas.

                                                                            We are a big fans of Turkish cuisine and recently learned of the Mayors House. What a great restaurant! Everything about our visit was outstanding. Great food, wine and service. will definitely return. Highly recommend.

                                                                            One of my favorite restaurants in Dallas. Have been there at least 7 times. It’s great for out of town company. I have never been disappointed by the quality and variety of their fantastic menu and it offers selections for gluten free and vegan diners.

                                                                            One of the best dining experiences i’ve had in the dfw thus far and i’m picky about my food. Highly recommend the dish, the white bean salad, the bread and hummus. Oh and the dessert spread sooo good
