    The Holiday 4 course was great - and the specialty drinks were fun and perfect! John is a super server and host! We really enjoy the team of people who work in King of Prussia - nice to visit with familiar faces!! Fun evening!!!

    Food and drinks never disappoint. Got 2 rounds of the the 1975 which is a sweet cotton candy drink. The winter menu was delicious, even better than last year! We’ve made the melting pot our go to spot for special occasions. Our server was amazing; very chill guy, attentive and funny. Everyone was dressed up for the holidays and it was so cute! Always a great experience at this location (:

    We usually have great service at the melting pot. Food is always consistent. We were disappointed because we had asked for a birthday plate for our daughter’s birthday like they always do and our waiter said he would bring it, but never did.

    Our annual tradition of dining at the KOP Melting Pot post holiday show was fantastic! We were running a little late from downtown but the hostess team was super helpful and understanding. We were seated right away. The food is always great, the ambiance warm and inviting, and the service entertaining. This year, our wait staff went above and beyond to serve our every needs; Anna was simply perfect. Thank you all so much for providing us a joyful celebration once again. Happy Holidays!

    Our server was Abby S and she was absolutely outstanding. It was our daughter’s 21st birthday and the restaurant made it very special!

    Our waiter Grayson was excellent!! The food was great and well seasoned and the lightening and seating was awesome too.
