Disappointed in the experience and food quality given the high cost. Our booth was cramped and uncomfortable for our party of six. A table/chairs with quest and server access from both ends would have been better. I thought 2.5 hours would be ample time for dining, however, you need a solid 3-3.5 hours to comfortably complete the standard three courses. Knowing this ahead of time would have been appreciated. We had to leave after 2.5 hours and skipped the chocolate fondue (without consideration). Steak meat cuts were sub-par quality; too lean. Sauces were served in very small portions for sharing across our party of six. Having to ask for more sauces detracted from the overall experience. Overall feedback would be high cost / mid-to-low value. Will look elsewhere next time.

Case hands down made the experience amazing. She took very good care of us and we were shocked she had only worked there around a year.

Our amazing server made sure we were comfortable at all times and our cups were never empty. The food was amazing. Loved the overall experience!

I had not been there for a while and was not happy with the changes. The first course cheese was runny and didn't stay on the dippers. The second course bullion was very salty, and the steak was so tough you couldn't chew or cut it. The only thing that was still perfect was the chocolate. The portions were much smaller, too. Great service, but I will not go back for just service and chocolate.
