    Restroom on lobby area was out of service. Taking the elevator down or up was very very slow. Delivery time of chicken wings was almost an hour. Same with a bowl of rice. Heard the electronics system was down so order was manually processed. Good news was that The Mix finally has no sugar sparkling water.

    Great place to see Ruby and Jesse! Food was okay and mixed drinks were a bit watery.

    Service was excellent. Server constantly made sure we okay as busy as they were. Love the music. Audio needs to be worked on. Could not heard what was said when there was announcement

    Entertainment is best at the MIX. Food is great and service is exemplary. Thank you to Ria, Danica, Van, Ally and Carla for always checking what we need in our table. This place is a relaxing venue to unwind with family/friends after a long workday or when kicking off the weekend or if there’s something to celebrate! 🎉

    Great place to relax and unwind, socialize, and dance. Jess and Ruby take requests and offer throwbacks in time to create a nostalgic ambiance of days past and an excitement to return for another experience. It is a great place to meet and have any of your celebration of events! Table for two or table for ten. The accommodations are awesome! DONT FORGET TO tip your servers. 😊 Just book in advance!

    This restaurant is in the lobby of the Westin hotel. When we sat down it took almost 30 minutes to get a servers attention to help us. She seemed surprised that we wanted food. We asked her some questions about the cocktails and she didn’t know the answer so we went to the bar to get our answers. We finally ordered some food- French fries and nachos. The French fries had an oily aftertaste I can’t explain and they were not great. The nachos were cold so we sent them back - they came back again cold! This experience was awful from a food and service perspective. They had live music and it snows in the lobby every hour.
