The Mulholland. A new neighborhood restaurant at the end of its famed namesake Drive. We are local family-owned and rooted in two generations of hospitality expertise. At The Mulholland, we're all about taking a thoughtful approach to New American cuisine in an environment created for memorable experiences around every plate and glass. Our creative menu crafted by Culinary Director Chef Chris Flint (Eleven Madison Park, NoMad) and Chef de Cuisine Michele Carter (Barbara Lynch Collective) infuses energy into crave-worthy dishes that are artfully crafted with seasonal, local and organic ingredients.                                                             This was our first visit to Mulholland. From the moment we were greeted when we arrived to the last goodbye, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding. Brandon, our server was able to recommend house favorites. He was attentive and professional. The food was fantastic. We enjoyed a good sampling of the food including the fresh bread, tempura mushrooms, salad fish even the burger. All great. It is a bit hard to hear as the restaurant is loud when there’s a full house. Overall, a wonderful experience.

                                                            We had a 6 o’clock reservation and it wasn’t terribly crowded, but it did take a few minutes to get our waiter to come to the table. We ordered the foccia bread with pizza sauce and that was really yummy and then we had the tempura mushrooms, which were really good and quite filling. Our entrées were the chicken, which was recommended by the waiter and the scallops. The scallops were excellent. The chicken was very salty to the point where we almost didn’t want to eat it, but it reminded me of dinners with my parents and everything was always too salty. The chef needs to lay off the salt on the chicken otherwise it would’ve been delicious. I had wine, which was also recommended by the waiter which was a Sangiovese-yummy We did not have dessert because we are really full at that point, and the bill was a little shy under $200  I would probably go back but order less as the bread was a bit much considering their portions are a good size

                                                            I’m only sorry that we did not learn of this restaurant a year ago when they opened. Fantastic tasting food great service and a fantastic back patio and fireplace. We will definitely be returning.

                                                            We had two appetizers that were outstanding. The mushrooms and the corn tortellini and then the eggplant entree. Everything was amazingly different. The presentation terrific. Could not have had better service.

                                                            Service was good… Just felt rushed. Restaurant closes at a certain time, and we kept getting told that we had to place our entire order at the same time because the kitchen was closing. However, when it was time for dessert, the kitchen was still open another 35 minutes after we had been sitting there for an hour with dinner. We just wish we could’ve staged our meal and not had it all come at the same time. Spent almost $400 and wish we could’ve just enjoyed it a little more.

                                                            Food was delicious and innovative. Service was good, but I ordered a dirty martini and it came without the "dirty" and they were out of blue cheese stuffed olives (my fave). Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place.
