   Ottimi cocktails. Musica super loud, rnb, sbagliata per quell atmosfera. Location bellissima.

   Wanted a Margarita, it didn’t taste good. They made it again, still didn’t taste good! I’ve been here before and it was excellent. It’s a massive shame that it’s not what used to be!

   TLDR: don’t go here if you hate bad service, aggressive staff, rudeness and disrespectful receptionists, and being patronised and followed through a lobby by an aggressive security staff member. Easily one of the worst experience we’ve had in a long time at any central London venue. Awful service. Reception was rude and cold. Bouncer was aggressive. They didn’t recognise our booking because we used open table, which they say is not “their preferred booking platform” and they don’t pay attention to it. After showing them my booking and having been asked 4 times if we had one they said they will seat us outside because we didn’t use their main booking platform (TURN OFF OPEN TABLE IF YOU DONT USE IT). After patronising us, I told them we just wanted to go to our table, to which the receptionist stated she was just explaining the situation to me, which of course had to involve her telling us multiple times we used the improper booking service. After getting instructions on how to get to the rooftop we made our way to the lift, and the bouncer followed us aggressively asking us if we still wanted our booking to which I replied multiple times, that if we didn’t want our booking we would have left. He told us to calm down and stop yelling, (I should mention we did not raise our voice once but he however was aggressive, followed us and raised his voice in front of every guest). When we finally got in the elevator he turned around and screamed out “bro this guy is …” and said unprofessional things across the lobby. We shan’t be ever returning, to call this establishment high quality is a joke, the drinks are awful, and the service in the bar leaves something to be desired. The reception and “security” staff would be sacked on the spot if they worked anywhere near me.

   Service really let the experience down, not attention to table service and we were left with loads of finished plates uncleared for the duration of the booking. Best part was the weather and the view!

   Great views over London with attentive and efficient staff. Food was nice as well albeit on the pricey side. Guacamole, Stones dishes and fries were to die for.

   It was a nice cool vibe. Drinks were not bad. The terrace was nice but pretty cold.

   Lovely place, worst service ever, loads of staff but nobody serving you just chatting and discussing their social problems. Also the Food is just microwave supermarket basics proced at £16 onwards. Good for drinks and as a Lounge, that is it.

   Beautiful setting and decor. We had a nice table outside. The food was mediocre, we were taking advantage of the government scheme “eat out to help out” but otherwise it’s price for the portions. We were very disappointed by the service as it was poor and not attentive at all. We had to ask for everything and it was lacking the attention to detail. We also received already opened and used ketchup and mayonnaise jars.
