    I think the food quality has significantly slipped. The arancini was dry, and felt like it had been under a heat lamp for twenty minutes. The wagyu filet was likewise dry, with very little flavor. I would not recommend the wagyu again. The last time we came, we had the ribeye and that was a lot better. Perhaps we'll try that again someday. At the moment, there are better steakhouses with comparable prices on the strip and little point to visiting this one.

    I had the fillet lobster Oscar style one of the others in our party had the ribeye both were medium rare, and unfortunately, they were both tough. I found this experience subpar to what I would expect from the Palm The service was excellent. The staff was friendly. The location and ambience were nice. However, I am there for the steak and prime steak should never be tough. Others in our party had the shrimp, the Wagyu lasagna those were both excellent the final member of our party had the salmon and while the flavor was good, the cut was thin and slightly overcooked

    Food and service was excellent! We have been to The Palm in Houston, San Antonio, and Mexico City and The Palm Las Vegas lives up to its name…

    Service was very slow. We waited nearly 20 mins before our server came to the table. He walked past our table several times without checking on us. Our steak was over cooked. We did not get the sauce we ordered. And, we did not get drink refills. Worst dining experience we've had in Vegas and I especially for our Christmas dinner. We will not be returning to The Palm.

    We had to wait a little while to get seated, but it was worth the wait! Our server Dominic was spectacular - very helpful, made great suggestions and very attentive! 5 stars for Dominic. The food we had was served at a great pace and delicious! Highly recommend The Palm!

    We went for Christmas Day dinner as a last minute decision while we were in town, and we had a great time. From the moment we walked in until we left the service was impeccable. The staff moved around quickly and efficiently, yet we feel we were completely and thoughtfully attended to. Our server, Sean checked in with us several times at exactly the right points in our meal. I can tell he took pride in serving his guests. He also anticipated our needs, so when I was about to ask for a refill of bread or drinks the next time I saw him, he was already being more to the table before I even had to ask.
