    Brent our server did an excellent job with our meals. And the food was delicious, especially the sea bass special he explained to us.

    We can always count on outstanding service at the Palm. First notch drinks and a consistent and quality menu. Favorites are the Gigi salad and any steak on the menu 😊

    Absolutely lovely experience. Cocktails were absolutely delicious, our server Joy was beyond phenomenal. She was so quick to offer her recommendations and by far did they exceed our expectations. Absolutely 10/10 experience and we can’t wait to dine here again.

    I was extremely disappointed. I’ve had numerous meals at this location.. it will be hard for me to ever come back. It all started with waiting a good 5 to 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged after we were seated we ordered fillets. They all came out extremely charged on the outside. The other couple ordered a bone in ribeye, medium rare needless to say it more medium well than medium rare. When it came time for the check, I noticed there were two bowls of lobster bisque on the receipt. I explained to my server that only one bowl was ordered to which he agreed and said it was a computer error. It will be corrected when he brought me the receipt. It still had two Boles listed when I tried to explain to him that two bowls equaled 36 keep proceeded to grab the receipt out of my hand, went back to his computer, and when he came back, only one bowl was on the receipt. Extremely disappointed in the food extremely disappointed in the service..

    We were seated in an obscure table right outside the kitchen. Ok. We can do it. We ordered the calamari and it came in like two minutes. It was chewy and tough. I ordered the salmon with chimichurri and artichoke risotto. The risotto must have been plated early in the day - it was like a glob of glue, cold and totally inedible. The salmon was cooked very well and was tasty. My husband had a New York Strip that he thought was cooked well with a side of mashed potatoes. The manager talked with us - They did give us a carrot cake without charge. I am always less about a restaurant giving a credit rather than just presenting good and well prepared food. We felt rushed through the entire meal.

    The shrimp pasta was a signature dish at this restaurant . The dish was very bland including the shrimp and the pasta. The scallop dish was not on the menu. In this dish, the scallops were still a bit fleshy but edible. They were far too salty leaving a burn in your mouth. The pearl couscous was seasoned well with a nice tomato type sauce. Overall the service was very good and the ambience fine.
