    It was Christmas so will give them a pass. The service was beyond slow to nonexistent. Everyone enjoyed their food. My food was cold and server did say he’d back a new one but I didn’t want to wait longer. I appreciated his effort. Due to many large parties the kitchen was backed up so it took such a long time. Not sure if I’d return.

    Christmas Dinner was phenomenal as usual. The Palm never lets us down. We sampled the menu a little bit…Thick bacon, calamari, Caesar salad, Filet mignon, fries, a giant meatball, and the pappardelle bolognese . All were delicious and prepared, perfectly. Can’t wait to go back.

    wonderful christmas meal and our server was extremely attentive particularly with our 3 year old. Wonderful experience and we will be back!

    Everything was wonderful from walking in the restaurant to being seated at our table. Our waiter Paul was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Picked a great wine for us to have went over the menu. Let us know what he suggests. Everything was fantastic. No complaints at all. Beautiful restaurant food was just superb Ambience everything was just fantastic. Great experience will definitely be back.

    We were delayed several times due to our flight and weather. The restaurant was extremely accommodating and kind, even with our many delays (on Christmas Eve when they were very busy!). We appreciate their willingness to work through our stressful situation, which helped alleviate some of our travel anxiety! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was festive and fun! We will definitely be back!

    Very disappointed. Christmas Eve dinner was served cold and late. Was offered desert as compensation, but there was one out of 2 on the bill! No explanation for the very long wait for entree. They took back to warm up prime rib and then served me a new steak severely undercooked. Bad Christmas Eve memory.

    Was very disappointed. Drinks showed up 10 min after appetizers. I ordered blackened sea bass. Came out sea bass with basaltic. Terrible. Wife and daughter had crab cake as entree. Way over cooked. Hard as a rock. There was only 4 of us and we couldn’t hear each other as we had been seated amongst large groups. Btw. I made this reservation over4 months ago. For over $400 very disappointed. We skipped dessert and left. Not what I expect from a high end restaurant

    I have not been to the Palm in several years after being a frequent customer from 2004-2017. I don’t know if being purchased by Landry has anything to do with it or not, but it has definitely declined. Our waiter was MIA for most of the night. We didn’t get the salad we ordered…and then our entree arrived. We were never asked if we wanted another beverage after ordering our initial ones. The potato’s Au gratin had way more cheese than potatos. My daughter’s lasagne was cold. Overall a disappointment for our entire party of 4.
