Not offered the Thanksgiving menu. Had to order from regular menu which is not what I went there for. The lasagna roll was flavorless. The wedge salad was also underwhelming. Service was slow even though the restaurant was not crowded at that time.

The traditional thanksgiving dinner was great! Very tender turkey, flavorful sides, and awesome cheese cake. The La Crema Chardonnay was a perfect match with the meal. $59 per person special not including wine. Highly recommend!!

Mishka is a wonderful server. They suggest great items. The food comes out hot and excellent tasting. We frequent this location because of the great service and selection

We’ve been long time & frequents customers of the Palm in Tyson’s. This year we’ve seen a noticeable decline in quality of food, service & quantity with a definite increase in price. We sat at the bar and the first thing we saw, was the lack of hygiene from the bar tenders…grabbing cherries with the hands from the jar, then on to grabbing glasses and straws with the same unwashed hands. The chicken of the chicken parm I ordered was thin, tough, stringy, and chewy. The side dishes shrank in quantity but definitely increased in price. Service was mediocre at best. Definitely, not the wonderful Palm steakhouse we knew and loved. What a shame!!!

Our experience at The Palm didn’t quite live up to expectations. The food, which should have been served hot, arrived cold. While the prime rib special was reasonably priced, it lacked flavor. The service was average, with no attention to table maintenance throughout the meal. On a positive note, they offered a complimentary dessert for my wife’s birthday, which was a nice touch. It was worth trying The Palm for comparison, but in my opinion, The Capital Grille provides a superior dining experience.

Wonderful. The 22 ounce ribeye was cooked to perfection and the scallops were amazing. Great service.

Always love going to The Palm!! New York strip is my favorite and my husband got the prime rib special. From the appetizers of Shrimp Bruno and calamari to the desserts of chocolate and carrot cake everything was amazing! And the service was exceptional!!
