Serving our modern take on classic “Americana” cuisine, Executive Chef Jon Butler reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. Highlighting the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from California and the vibrant Coachella Valley, our menu showcases the rich culinary heritage. From farm-fresh produce to locally sourced meats and artisanal cheeses, every ingredient reflects the essence of our locale.

The Pantry hosts a family-style Fried Chicken Dinner twice a month, on Thursdays. The family dinner is a one- time seating at 6:30pm with only 40 seats per night. Each guest will have the opportunity to enjoy Chef Jon Butler's take on a traditional fried chicken meal with all the accompaniments. Enjoy dinner outside under the stars where guests will be part of a one-of-a-kind “family-style” dining experience. Reservations can be made through Open Table, or by calling the hotel directly. For any questions, please reach out to the front desk. Please cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. Total price includes tax and a 20% gratuity.

Our long awaited Family Style dinners are back and we can't wait to welcome you to Holiday House to enjoy this curated one of a kind experience with us. Please come and join the Holiday House team for our Family Style Thanksgiving Dinner with a twist prepared by Jon Butler on Thursday November, 28th. Festivities begin at 6:30pm with refreshments on the patio. Shortly followed by introductions from the team and a personal welcome by the team. The beautiful setting will take place on the shuffleboard, under the stars with the stunning San Jacinto mountains as your backdrop. Seats are limited, by Reservation Only. Must cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. 21+ Only

Everything we ordered was delicious! They have a small but varied menu, and nothing we tried disappointed!Sitting outside is a bonus on these beautiful days! Our server was great and didn’t overwhelm or hover, but delivered our menus and food pleasantly and timely. We will definitely go back.

The fried chicken served to us was raw. The third person in our group was not served with us. No wait staff came to the table. We had to go to the check-in to find out what was holding up the other dinner and to tell them the chicken was raw. Service was terrible which is unusual for the restaurant. I had not seen the two people working tonight before. There is a new chef and he has also changed the sauce for the fried chicken which used to be a lovely hot honey/chili sauce. The chicken was served with a side of sauce that was very unappealing looking. We used to love going to the Pantry for the fried chicken, but the new version is nothing special and we will not be going back for it again.

What a wonderful spot to have lunch. Food is always delicious and he venue is so inviting. I always feel very well taken care of!

We had a lovely meal here, all six of us loved our entrees and the service was excellent. The vibes are special, too, very Palm Springs if you’re looking for that experience.

What a special night! We dined at the special chicken dinner experience and we extremely pleased. The food was fabulous and dinning outside, eating family style , was great! It’s a must try! The service was fabulous!

One of our group wasn’t seated with us unfortunately. Perhaps our mistake as we all reserved as singles and didn’t remind host we wanted to sit together. Would be great to be brought to the back patio for the mix and mingle as it’s so pretty! Food was delicious! Service friendly!
