   Totally overpriced for what you got. Fees were added to the bill that were unexpected. Charged us $10 for a bottle of water without asking us first if we wanted that.

   This place was fabulous! Our server was incredible and attentive. The vibes were immaculate! Would definitely come back for the afternoon tea experience!

   This was great for a first time experience. We did the afternoon tea service but, we ended up going somewhere else to eat right after.

   The staff and food were perfect. When the check arrived there was a service fee, a New York fee with no explanation and a 20% gratuity added. I don’t mind the gratuity. I always add 20% anyway. But I booked an $82 per person tea that ended up being a $234 bill. It felt like a tourist trap and I’m from New Jersey.

   We were really unhappy about the service we received. From the moment we entered, we felt as if they were trying to throw us out. With her every word, Vanessa made us feel like she was doing us a huge favor despite the fact that we were the only customers, and we had reserved for 10 people for a babyshower. After an hour, she literally told us to leave although there was no one else in the tea room. She had not even served tea to some of us when she was complaining we had to leave. Even 30 min after we left, when we drove by the tea room there was still no one, so i don’t understand why she had to throw us out.

   It was nice but pretty expensive for what you get. The croissant wasn’t warmed and we didn’t get the choice between plain or chocolate despite the menu. It was beautiful inside and a great place to go as long as you aren’t too hungry.

    Gorgeous place with a very different experience for an afternoon tea. The setting is small and intimate, so it's very quiet and you hear just about every conversation happening around you. You are presented with two options and I chose the option with more items. Instead of the expected finger sandwiches you'd get at most afternoon tea spots, here you eat a croissant stuffed with your choice (we picked chicken salad) so it wasn't one of those places you could try many different sandwich types. Yes, you do get a garden salad and soup, but nothing above average. There were many desert options that were all very sweet. I wanted an afternoon tea in a pinch and was able to get a reservation last minute so I was happy about that, I just didn't feel like I got the full value for paying over $100/person with tax and tip. There are less expensive options with more food options and a brighter ambience. I have nothing less than great to say about the actual service, the staff was great.
