Featuring contemporary American fare with global influences, The Washington Post’s food critic Tom Sietsema described the experience as “cut from a different cloth."                                                         Another perfect experience with friends, at our table and in the restaurant. We are always so happy to bring new friends to the restaurant. They commented that the restaurant was so full-service. Thanks Michele, Eric, DeShawn, and Kimberly (who was holding down the front desk alone for a little while). Kim's greetings always make us feel great when we arrive.

                                                        I celebrated my 25th birthday here. I wanted to celebrate in a nice restaurant with an ambiance, and I saw The Pembroke. I made reservations, and by the time my friends and I arrived our table was ready. I forgot the waiter's name, but he was so nice and provided excellent service. The ambiance was perfect. This was the best first birthday dinner ever. Thank you to the cooks, waiters, and the owner. <3

                                                        Went on a lunch date with my wife and this was our first time at The Pembroke. The ambiance was fantastic. The service was second to none! We received customer service during our lunch that barely exists these days. They treated us as long time valued customers. The food, while on the expensive side, was phenomenal. We will be back again.

                                                        A great brunch: the best lemon ricotta pancakes (based on sampling my companion’s) and bagel with smoked salmon I’ve ever had, along with mixed berries, a delicious Bellini and freshly squeezed juices. Portions are generous and attractively presented, service is terrific (attentive and courteous), and the dining room is attractive and light-filled. I’m inspired to return for dinner as well as brunch!
