That evening's menu will feature a selection of treasured family recipes from one of The Pembroke’s talented chefs, blending tradition with innovation, and celebrating the cultural diversity of the team. On February 2, Chef Christian Welch and Food & Beverage Director Krystle Hewitt will present a soul food-inspired feast in honor of Black History Month. $60 per adult and $30 per child.
