From it’s humble beginnings as a pop-up restaurant, to a farmer"s market stand and now a successful brick-and-mortar eatery, The Pig and the Lady, led by twice-nominated James Beard semifinalist Chef Andrew Le (with help from his family including his mother, Mama Le), cook up what is essentially the family meal in the truest sense -- Exposing Honolulu diners a cross-section of cuisine that has Vietnamese origins, but is eclectic and daring.Chef Le and his team have developed a modern, fresh take on traditional Southeast Asian food, utilizing local products -- serving their famous banh mi and pho, along with new favorites. Le is the one of the few chefs cooking contemporary food built on Southeast Asian flavors that has garnered rave reviews -- a foundation built on delicious memories first introduced by his mother. They are open Monday through Saturday, serving lunch and dinner. You can also still find them at the Farmer’s Markets at Blaisdell, Kailua and KCC.

    Cucina vietnamita ottima. I Noodles eccellenti, pollo fritto molto buono ed una buona selezione anche di birre. I bambini hanno un bel kids menù in cui poter scegliere. Locale di gusto industriale, un po’ chiassoso, ma Con stile. Consigliato, da provare assolutamente.

    We love coming for lunch and dinner (the menus are different). The vibe is casual and high energy with excellent and creative food. The Pho French dip at lunch is something that should be eaten at least once in a lifetime. The menu offers (delicious) somethings for everyone whether you're an omnivore, vegetarian, or vegan. The sorbet and ice cream swirls are made up of imaginative flavors that work, despite any initial reservations you might have. This is one of our favorite eating spots in Honolulu!

    This restaurant is on every best restaurants in Honolulu list, so I felt compelled to try it. Dinner on a Wednesday night and they were fully booked. We had appetizers, cocktails, entrees and desserts. Everything was great or excellent. My only quibble is that the rice noodles in the Pho 75 were too soft. We enjoyed the food and experience so much we are returning to try the lunch menu. Restaurant is vibrant and energetic. Great for socializing and conversation. I can confidently recommend this restaurant.

    As always, we really enjoyed dinner at The Pig & the Lady. The chicken wings were delicious, light and very flavorful! The pappardelle was so good, as was the pho. Another star was the Thai Tea soft serve which was the perfect way to end the meal. Not too sweet, but oh so yummy. The staff was amazing, super-friendly and accommodating. :)

    Great food, with attentive service. Water glass was filled at half way level consistently. Justice was an outstanding server. We went for my son’s 11 yr bday! And P&L was and has been a favorite!!! Price with the amount of food is acceptable. Burmese salad is a new fave and the Epaulette will always be a must have!!!! But the broth in the pho 75 isssss outstanding!!!! Can’t wait to come back

    Best food and unique choices of desserts and drinks. Everytime we come here it amazing. I’ll always come back! Lunch and dinner are both delectable

    From start to finish it was an amazing experience. The food was outstanding and our server Noli was so knowledgeable of all the menu items and made great suggestions. All staff was very attentive and so kind. My top eats in Oahu for sure!
