From it’s humble beginnings as a pop-up restaurant, to a farmer"s market stand and now a successful brick-and-mortar eatery, The Pig and the Lady, led by twice-nominated James Beard semifinalist Chef Andrew Le (with help from his family including his mother, Mama Le), cook up what is essentially the family meal in the truest sense -- Exposing Honolulu diners a cross-section of cuisine that has Vietnamese origins, but is eclectic and daring.Chef Le and his team have developed a modern, fresh take on traditional Southeast Asian food, utilizing local products -- serving their famous banh mi and pho, along with new favorites. Le is the one of the few chefs cooking contemporary food built on Southeast Asian flavors that has garnered rave reviews -- a foundation built on delicious memories first introduced by his mother. They are open Monday through Saturday, serving lunch and dinner. You can also still find them at the Farmer’s Markets at Blaisdell, Kailua and KCC.

    Cucina vietnamita ottima. I Noodles eccellenti, pollo fritto molto buono ed una buona selezione anche di birre. I bambini hanno un bel kids menù in cui poter scegliere. Locale di gusto industriale, un po’ chiassoso, ma Con stile. Consigliato, da provare assolutamente.

    The fried chicken is consistently exceptional—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it was cooked to perfection. It's a dish I can count on to never disappoint. Our server was great. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, he went out of his way to ensure our experience was top-notch. From suggesting the perfect sides to checking in at just the right moments, his service was flawless. If you're craving incredible fried chicken and stellar service, Pig and the Lady is the place to go. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic food! You guys have to figure out that bar situation, though. You left at least another entire round on the table from a group of six. 10-15 minutes between ordering a beer and delivery is crazy.

    Amazing food, duck breast was outstanding, get the burrata appetizer, pho75, desserts are exceptional. This place has the coolest vibe and best food on the island. Insanely delicious.

    Ordered the ahi appetizer (amazing), pho 75 and French dip. All very good but would highly recommend the pho and the appetizer.

    Best food we ate on Oahu. We had a great time and would go again, BUT if you are celebrating a special occasion, don't expect any attention from the restaurant. We let them know we were celebrating a milestone birthday. We were given the absolute worst seats in the house and other than a very cursory happy birthday from our server as we were seated, there was no mention of our celebration. We didn't need or expect anything, but it is unusual enough in the restaurant world that I thought I would mention it. The food was so good and it made the night.

    My favorite. Everything is amazing. The menu changes but, the Pork collar is the best. And as good as the food and drinks are, the desserts are even better.
