   Went to the Pines Restaurant for Easter Sunday. We had a 2:00PM reservation for a party of 14 to 16. Lots of tables were set yet we had to wait for someone to clean and reset our tables. Our table was located in the center of the Banquet Room and and when they seated us we did not have enough silverware for everyone, napkins, water glasses, etc. To top it off at the end of table all the dirty plates and food were left in a bin and no one made any effort to remove this bin. After 15 minutes I finally got a waitress to remove it. Then we waited for someone to come to the table to take our order, etc. Another 15 minutes went by and we had to ask for someone to take our order. I appeared that our table wasn't assigned to anyone and finally a part time bartender said he would take care of us. He did take the order and brought us silverware and napkins. When the dinner plates were placed on the table they were very wet and we used our napkins to wipe the dishes. It wasn't long after that we received our food. The chicken wasn't fully cooked, the dinner rolls weren't cooked long enough and then they brought us cinnamon rolls that were not cooked. I don't know what the problem was that day but we will not return on a Holiday. Very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service! I wasn't going to notify you of our dilemma but other members in our group thought that you should be notified.
