The entire family is sure to enjoy Savannah's most intriguing & historic restaurant. At the Pirates' House, our most precious treasure is the food. Situated in Trustees Garden, merely a scant block from the Savannah River, the Famous Pirates' House is the most historic spot in Georgia. The Herb House, erected in 1734, located inside the Pirates' House, is said to be the oldest house in Georgia. The Pirates' House first opened in 1753 as an inn for seafarers and fast became a meeting point for blood-thirsty pirates & sailors. Parking on site.

    Great place! Food was terrific, service great and super fun ambience. If you have time they can take you on a ghost tour of the property

    We had a wonderful time. The food wasn’t as good as we hoped for the price, but our server was great and the ambience and place was amazing!

    The pirate house was such a great experience. we loved the historic vibe and character! our server was so professional and friendly and our food was delicious! we definitely recommend coming here when yiu are in savannah!

    Great time, food was AMAZING, our server was friendly and attentive. Very kid friendly food as well. We got the fried green tomatoes and they were great, then we got hanger steak and the pecan crusted fried chicken. Best fried chicken I ever had. They let my husband switch his sides and all the food came out great. Mixed vegetables were cold, but I think they were supposed to be. Highly recommend

    There was so much food (even for those in our party who didn't order the buffet). The southern mac & cheese and red rice & beans were so good, I had to grab seconds of them! The fried chicken was also very well seasoned and perfectly crispy.

    Very good service, but food was mediocre and overpriced. The ambience was good since it was a historic landmark that we wanted to visit.

    The food was delicious, portions good size. Would have loved to have something or someone that shared more about the history of the restaurant and how to find some of the unique spots throughout the restaurant. Our server was nice, but seemed frazzled and slightly bothered in his role as a server.

    This was the perfect New Years Day lunch. Black-eyed peas, greens, cornbread and fried chicken. We're all set for a lucky new year, and all delicious. Great service, friendly people and historic building. Great experience.

    We dine here each and every time we visit Savannah!! The southern comfort buffet is a MUST! Great service at such a historic location!!!
