Extremely quiet restaurant. With pretty amazing views if you're seated facing Downtown LB. But based on the price per plate - the ambiance didn't match up. Our tables were wobbly... no table cloths - felt like we were at a church potluck a little bit. No music so it was really quiet and awkward to over hear everyones conversations around us. (And there were only 3 other parties around us but they still sat us closely together, my guess was b/c we all shared the same server) Our server was much too casual for my taste... altho a really nice guy. But again I was expecting a little something more on the formal side based on the pricing of the menu. All of that shared - the food was incredible. It made up for everything the ambiance and server lacked... I was blown away by the dishes. My older kids had the adult spaghetti and meatball dish - my youngest had a kids burger and fries. My mom had the chicken quesadilla and I had the short rib. Every single dish was uniquely served and beautifully plated. Every dish tasted amazing. Outstanding job to the cooks in the back! Would I come back.. maybe - maybe not. It was really cool to say we ate on the Queen Mary but I would likely try another restaurant on the ship before coming back to this one. ALSO huge shout out and thank you to Robert for being so cool and scooping out the S.W.A.T details for my son who knew they had filmed on the boat but wasn't sure of where on the ship. You were a rock star and made my sons evening. thank you!!

Our party of three had a great working lunch with a view no office can offer. Ordered Fish & Chips and the strawberry lemonade. Hit the spot!

Very nice restaurant and good food and service. A must go to place to experience the historical experience of the ship and restaurant.

Breakfast with 3 guests who had never been to the ship. they loved it and thought the portions were great! we all had the basic egg breakfast plate and the sourdough toast is great. Perfect view!

The employees throughout the Queen Mary were very helpful and kind . The food was great. Who gave my family an exceptional experience was Megan at the Pavillion, where we had dinner Megan's kindness and thoughtfulness were amazing. Bravo 👏

The ambiance and service was great. It was wonderful eating while on the water. Parking is validated and you have free entrance to the ship. A great experience.

Enjoyed ourselves at the Promenade Cafe. Food was delicious, service great, prices fair. The view was wonderful looking across to the city from the Queen Mary.
