For reservations of parties of 11 guests or more, please contact the venue directly at info.brentwood@therecroom.com. We kindly request our guests refrain from making multiple reservations for a single large party. While we will do our best to accommodate large groups, we cannot guarantee multiple reservations will be seated together.

Minors: We are a 19+ facility. Anyone under the age of 19 must have their parent or responsible adult/guardian present, no exceptions, and will only be permitted until 10:00pm

We went to the Rec Room for dinner to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and it was all you can eat wing night. It was very busy and went to dinner for a late night bite and didn’t know that you have to go early to enjoy All you can eat wing night on Mondays. We only had a pound of wings each and we didn’t get to enjoy all you can eat wings. I would definitely recommend having more cooks just making wings all night and pre stock on lots of wings to fill a customer’s full satisfaction of enjoying wings.

The restaurant was not overly busy , my table of nine was in the back corner of the restaurant. Our server took a very long time to bring drinks, and did not check on us at all throughout the night. She did not bring bills when we asked, and took a very long time to bring out the cake. We felt like we were forgotten about, and the service was very disappointing. The food was average, we did enjoy playing the games. However for the price of the food, we were hoping for better service .

As a group of 7 including kids, sometimes its challenging to find a good place to dine at but from reservation, to dining, this place was amazing. Their kids menu is a variety of exactly what kids would love and enjoy. Adults enjoyed their meals too! Service was great and they made sure to accommodate any menu changes we requested. Will definitely be back.

Great Tempura Jalapenos. Food and drinks seems to add up quick, but is good.

I recently visited The Rec Room in Burnaby, and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Service was disappointing. We ordered nachos as an appetizer, but they were brought out alongside our main dishes rather than ahead of time. While the fries were a highlight—perfectly crispy and well-seasoned—the rest of the food missed the mark. The burger buns were crusty, likely from sitting under a heat lamp too long, and the cheese on the nachos was barely warm. Additionally, we wanted refills on our waters, but our server was nowhere to be found.

The fully loaded nachos with pulled pork was cold. There wasn’t even enough pulled pork, and barely any cheese. It was just “fully loaded” with cold salsa & jalapeños.
