   Overall great experience. The food and service was excellent. The noise level was high, it was just a busy evening but no complaints. Highly recommend for a place to hangout with teens and adults.

   Way too loud for a decent conversation. Service was incredibly slow. Food tasted delicious but found a long hair in the calamari so lost our appetite. Oh and this was my birthday celebration so very disappointed in that.

   We went for my kiddos 11th Birthday and it was amazing - Service was above and beyond . Food was great kids all loved it and we had so much fun with the games !

   Food was good. Service could use some work. I came here to celebrate my birthday and it took awhile for the server to even notice I had sat down. He took other people’s order then walked away without even asking me if I wanted anything. I had to wave him back because I didn’t even have a first drink in front of me yet. Once a good majority of the group showed up, we said we were ready to order our meals but he ignored us, took a single drink order and walked away again without checking in with anyone else before leaving the table. This went on throughout our entire visit that he would take one persons order then walk away. A part of my group didn’t even want to sit down and stay for dinner because it was just taking way too long especially because they had a child with them that couldn’t wait. If we’re paying for an auto gratuity, we should be receiving the same service as any other table.

   The games and staff were amazing but the food was extremely over priced and the drinks … we got jumbo wings and they weren’t , they were just the same as normal wings ……… 25$ wasn’t worth it …….. and same with the main dish …… idk if was extremely disappointing for that part ….

   Hannah was an amazing waitress. She noticed we were sat in an area where nobody was scheduled to work until 6pm and she took the initiative to serve us even if we weren’t in her scheduled area.

    Decided to hold my birthday here this year and didn't know what to expect. I overall had a fantastic experience with my family of 8 people, including my 20 month old. The restaurant was first of all spacious, beautiful and so clean. There was an elevator that made the different levels accessible for a wheelchair. Best of all was the friendly staff there, of note Rod part of the management team and our server (so sorry did not get his name) who both went above and beyond to make this a special birthday party. Other than thr arcade games, trivia going on was also very fun and interactive! Will 100 percent be coming back.
