    It was enjoyable but we later in lines just to find out they don’t have items or that we were in the wrong line they should have signgs up so we arnt waiting out time waiting in line for 30 minutes the staff where very friendly though

    The food was ok, not great. Lots of games to keep busy, long line ups for the axe throwing and archery.

    Disgusting customer service. The manager was extremely rude and lacked respect. The physical i.d policy is ridiculous

    I called the day before to have my reservation of 24 set up, and the manager said that there shouldn't be an issue. I arrived, and there was no documentation of the reso, so we ended up waiting over 20 mins for the table to be set. Service was slow, and there were no bar glasses to fill our drink orders, so we had to wait longer than necessary. We still had drinks in hand, and we were told that we had to leave because we were past the 2 hr sitting limit. We didn't even receive our bills, still had drinks in hand, and the kids didn't even get their desserts. After the bills were rushed to get paid and spending over $2000, the hostess said that we had to leave for the second time and gave us attitude because we weren't done. Mind you, there were plenty of open tables. We will never come back, nor will we ever recommend the "Wreck Room"

    Great place for families and people of all ages. Lots of fun. Very attentive staff and management.

    Folks, you need some work. We booked a Xmas party with another family at your potentially fun establishment, only to have possibly the worst service and food ever served. I appreciate times are tough, and staff is hard to get, but u appear to have 1 waitress and no bartenders for many tables. We couldn’t get a drink, the after placing order waited an hour for incorrect orders and cold food, and warm drinks! The game staff were indifferent and more interested in their phones than helping patrons. As topper…waitress got mad after we informed her the 18% tip wasn’t going to happen. Sad. Do better.

    Pathetic service, took no less than 20 minutes to give drinks, forgot which drink was ordered. Food took 30 minutes to arrive. Forgot to bill the write amount, called me 30 minutes after billing to bill me for another 100 dollars, reservation system for sports sucks. We cant reserve and have to show up at just a particular time to book.

    Manager and staff seated us and promptly forgot about us for almost half an hour. Had to walk to the reception and remind them we were there. Took another 15 to get a server, and another 20 to get food. So over an hour of waiting for very mediocre food. Server was very nice though. Overall don’t waste your time with the food here, if you’re going for the games, go for those and grab food elsewhere

    Rec Room is a good place for hang out and arcade games. However services are little slow. Food quality is okay, not that great. Overall not so good or not so bad experience, so it’s an average place for the hangout.
