                                            One server for the whole restaurant. They had no beer on a Friday night. Forgot half our food order. The server told.us the bartender was the owner and at 630pm he left so the customers were all left with no drinks. On a night out on vacation it was horrible choice. We finally tracked her down to cancel.our 30min drink order and left . Very disappointed.

                                            Can’t review food as we left before being served. However, we arrived and sat at a table at 8:20pm (10 minutes prior to our 8:30 reservations) after being greeted and told to “sit anywhere and someone will be with us”. At 8:40 no one had come to the table to offer water or menus. There was a drunk/homeless guy picking up trash and throwing it in the air on the road which was 5 feet from where weee seated.

                                            We had a wonderful time at the Refinery. Jason , the owner is a master mixologist. The food is absolutely delicious ! Me and my girlfriends had a great time!

                                            First, the address on Open Table was incorrect. Fortunately we saw the restaurant before going to the wrong address. We were lucky to have arrived early and Blake took good care of us at the bar. She recommended excellent choices and made wonderful drinks. The only issue was they do not have enough staff. It did not impact us but it seemed like most of the drinks and serving were done by one person. Overall I recommend it but not if you are in a hurry.

                                            Beautiful food presentation, everything we tried was delicious and they easily sat a large party of 7 (with same day reservations). The waitstaff were all very friendly and polite, we enjoyed our evening at The Refinery. Prices were a little high as expected on an island but reasonable for the quality of fresh ingredients.

                                            Unfortunately we had a bad experience at the Refinery for our wedding anniversary dinner. We were looking forward to a great time. While we had a great location and things started off well, our waitress seemed to totally forget about us on multiple occasions. After more than an hour waiting on our food not being offered refills on our drinks, our food arrived cold. The waitress seemed surprised at our reaction so we engaged with management who graciously refunded the food since we were not going to eat it. The place has potential and I recognize good help is hard to find.

                                            We waited for almost an hour after sitting down to be given even a menu. I’m not really sure how they are staying in business. I realize Christmas and New Year is their busy season, but this was truly a depressing experience…

                                            I ordered the fresh catch. It was sooo overcooked that I couldn’t eat it. I water for our server to come back by our table and check on our meals, but he never did until my wife finished her meal. He asked if I wanted another one and I said no thanks.
