First time there to celebrate our Anniversary. We knew it was expensive and therefore expected to be Wow'ed, but unfortunately overall we were disappointed. Caesar salad and Potato Romanoff were excellent. Filet's were good, but nothing better than most other steakhouses, and for the cost of $65/a piece I just expected more. And very disappointed that they come with no dipping sauces (those all cost extra) Bread basket appetizer was poor. 6 pieces of bread that were hard and very little butter with them. I would have asked for more butter but I knew I would be charged for it, and on principle I couldn't do it. So the final cost was $199 and although the meal was fine for that price it was very disappointing.

The prices are quite high, but we expected that. The servers were great. On top of things but not on top of us. The young man serving water obviously kept an eye on his tables because just as the water was running low, bam! He’s right there filling you back up. The young woman bringing the food out was knowledgeable about the menu and her service was good as was her attitude. And the food! Ah, the star of the show. There were 6 of us in our party and we all had excellent meals. The lobster tails were far bigger than expected for an add on and they were delicious. The steaks outstanding. And so was the seafood. Not one of our party was disappointed with our meal. We aren’t diners who are fussy, but we do eat out often and well and we appreciate ambience, good food and service. The Reserve has it all. Will definitely be returning.

The whole experience was wonderful! The food was delicious and the service was great! The only “complaint” I have was the entertainment. The artist was good but was WAY too loud and his song selection could have been better suited for this type of restaurant. That being said, this was the first time that we have dined here while they had entertainment (it was NYE).

Cozy yet aesthetic atmosphere . Food was incredible and I m a food snob . Service was spectacular. It a bit pricy but well worth every penny . Will be back with out a doubt

Sweet card and complementary champagne for our anniversary. Sunday night, the restaurant was empty, yet service was slow and unfortunately it’s the second time we’ve been here where our filets are not cooked properly.

First time here, the food was out of this world! Service was outstanding! Food was overpriced in my opinion but some of the small plates were shareable enough to feed 2-3 people. NOTE: Best Caesar salad I’ve ever had in my life is here

Love the ambiance! We started with the beef wellington bites, omg delicious. I had the sea bass which was so good, and my husband had the chicken, he said it was the best he’s ever had. Love the final touch of the homemade cookies- so good. Although it’s pricey, it’s worth it.

The Reserve accommodated us even though we were 15 minutes later than our reservation time and had two extra people with us! We had fast and friendly service, delicious food, and Santa and Mrs. Claus were wonderful. The whole family loved it, and there were no lines at all!
