                                                                                                                            This restaurant was a delightful surprise. We were looking for something in Vail new and different from our long time favorites. Chasing Rabbits filled the bill. Exceptional ambience, great Mediterranean themed food and excellent service. The short rib pasta and the gnocchi starters were exceptionally flavorful. The Mediterranean sea bass (branzino) and red snapper preparations were superb. Highly recommend this restaurant. There is more hidden here. Take a trip down the rabbit hole hole to discover the remarkable secrets within.

The food was great and all the staff incredibly attentive and personable. We also checked out the DJ and arcade which was a really cool way to end the night. 10/10 would recommend!!
