                                                                                                                            atmosphere great. ricotta cheese appetizer amazing. skirt steak amazing. rabbit bilognese served lukewarm so not great. octopus cooked appropriately, but sauce needs more avocado puree and more spices and should be served hotter, imho. kutz cabernet great. service was very good.

Immediately impressed with design and decor of dining area. Both fish entrees were well prepared and presented. Efficiency of waitstaff commendable. Do not miss the art!

                                                                                                                            Alex, our server, was well-informed and attentive. Had great suggestions for wine pairings with our plates (octopus, pork belly, garlic gnocchi, bone marrow). Ambience was classy and cozy, the staff was great overall. I loved the affogato for dessert!! Such a great spot for date night.

                                                                                                                            The service was excellent and a beautiful venue. The food was good not great or amazing for the price. We did really enjoyed the eggplant dip.

                                                                                                                            Chasing Rabbits at Vail his hands down one of the greatest culinary experiences I’ve ever tasted mountainside. The ambience was fantastic! The attention to detail that went into creating this multifaceted dining venue is unparalleled. The staff is incredible as fantastic. There’s also a speakeasy and a music venue/club located on the premise.
