THE RESTAURANT

While we renovate our Dining Room, our upstairs bar (formerly The Attic) will serve as your primary dining destination. The new space is expected to open in Spring 2025—stay tuned for updates!

The Restaurant & Terrace Bar at Salish Lodge offers a first-of-the-season dining experience. Our menu features Pacific Northwest cuisine with flavors that sing the virtues of local and homegrown, using the best ingredients and refined cooking techniques.

Enjoy our signature Country Breakfast, including our famous steel-cut oats and the iconic Honey from Heaven™ service, where honey from our hives is poured from high above your plate onto house-made biscuits.

Select from an extraordinary line-up of creations using first-of-the-season locally sourced ingredients for an unforgettable meal. Join us and create your own wonderful memories with family and friends. Advance reservations are required for The Restaurant.

We got the country breakfast. It's a lot of food for a very good price. Combined with the great view even if you're not seated next to the window, it was a great experience. Don't miss the honey from heaven which is not only impressively applied but super tasty for honey. The only reason I didn't rate it perfectly is the pancakes were dense and entirely lacking in fluffiness which we found hard to cut even with a butter knife. We couldn't finish ours and the table next to us who also had the country breakfast didn't either.

What a great way to celebrate our anniversary. We got a table overlooking the falls and it was a beautiful evening. Service was impeccable as always, food was amazing and no issues accommodating my celiac disease. It’s so nice to have such a wonderful place to dine without having the hassle of going into Seattle

Server Lindsey was friendly. She made a mistake on our order and was very nice and fixed. I’m mostly bummed because I was looking forward to trying the butter, jam & honey with biscuits. She packaged up our leftovers but did not include any of the unused spreads :( I’ll never know what the famous honey tastes like…
