                  The food was excellent and service was great. Would have liked a little more space between others considering there wasn’t a lot of people. Would have been nice to use the space to be a little more private.

                  We were from out of town and wanted a nice Valentine’s dinner for 8. The limited menu options met everyone’s requirements but was extremely overpriced for the portions! The food was good there just wasn’t anything special about it or the experience. Our waitress was kind and efficient but again nothing exceptional. And, the facility is in need of updating, we were seated in a very cold “sunroom” area that had obvious water damage on the ceiling. I had much higher hopes based on the reviews.

                  This was my first visit to the Woodford Club and I will definitely return. I ordered the Woodford Burger and it was cooked perfect, honestly the best burger I have had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT leave with out ordering the Baked SMores Dip, it is amazing.

                  We had a very mixed experience here. The restaurant has a slight musty odor. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers out the window and said his burger was okay. My daughter had the salmon, which was dry, and the French onion soup, which she couldn’t eat because it was “a bowl of salt.” My son-in-law’s pork dinner was good. I had the chicken with gnocchi and green beans. The gnocchi were just awful, the chicken was dry, but the green beans were good. My daughter and I each ordered a martini, up with olives. We received a glass of gin on the rocks. With olives. The server was friendly. Not a place we will visit again.

                  We were the second table on the patio. We had to wait a long time for our food. My plate came out eventually and then we had to wait for the rest of the plates. I didn’t want to eat in front of everybody but they told me to go ahead because it would get cold.

                  We both ordered scrambled eggs and bacon for brunch. The eggs arrived slowly and cold with sausage, We reminded the waitress we had ordered bacon, not sausage. She later brought bacon, but we were charge for both bacon and sausage. Expensive on an a la carte basis for what was served

                  Excellent service. Buffet was average but we were at the end of the afternoon that probably contributed to this. I woild definately go back again.

                  Table is never ready when we arrive. We were told we could help ourselves to the buffet once seated but we had nothing to drink for nearly 30 minutes. Two tables beside us had no drinks either and asked repeatedly. The food is always good here but the service and staff are either too overwhelmed or uninterested in the experience they’re offering. It’s sad because we go there for special occasions such as Easter and Mother’s Day and it really ruins the enjoyment each time with the beyond terrible service that is rooted either in staffing issues or lack of caring
