                                                                                Food was very disappointing. Chicken and waffles was 1 piece of old chicken thigh, seemed to be reheated. The fancy butter for the waffles tasted like wax. Fish and chips a little better.

                                                                                I recently dined with a large group of 25 people at this restaurant, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We ordered food and drinks with the expectation they would arrive together, but this was far from the case. Each person received their food at different times, and even after 45 minutes, the children’s meals had not yet arrived. When the food did come, it was cold and unappetizing. The service was equally poor. The concierge and the two servers assigned to our table were unkind and seemed annoyed by any questions we had. When we politely inquired about the children’s meals, one of the servers became visibly irritated rather than trying to resolve the issue. Ultimately, this dining experience was not worth the money. You’re better off eating elsewhere outside the mall, where you’ll likely receive a warmer welcome, better service, and an overall more enjoyable experience.

                                                                                This restaurant had HORRIBLE service. It was 25 minutes before a server came over to even give water. The GM did mention he would give us an appetizer on the house. We placed our order than 20 minutes later was told the appetizer we placed, they had run out of. The burger my partner had wasn’t seasoned well. I didn’t even eat. I will NOT be visiting this restaurant again. If you go, go for the VR experience and the Ghostbusters Speakeasy. Do not I repeat DO NOT dine at the restaurant.

                                                                                Our sever wasn’t very attentive she disappeared for the majority of the time we was there and we waited a while to be greeted the food was okay. The ambiance was nice the VR was booked up will try to visit again just for the games.

                                                                                Our server was amazing. Our food was served in an appropriate timeframe, no long waits. We had lollipop wings (great), Mac and cheese (just okay), kids pasta with marinara (not great), Cajun pasta (bland, no dimension), barbecue smash burger (great), fish and chips (okay, but expected better in such a nice place). Again, server was amazing!!!!

                                                                                The ambience was really nice. A very quiet and intimate space for a date. The service was also good. The food experience was unpleasant. The entrees came out cold and lacked flavor. We ordered the loaded fries with beef and the jerk chicken tacos. Taco shells were dry and the french fries were not fresh. The waitress did take the cold food items off our bill which was greatly appreciated.

                                                                                our server monsea was delightful it too long before food arrived and our full party did not received food in different intervals with two salads being the last items to arrive. otherwise food was good and so were drinks

                                                                                Majority of VR games were out of order. The racing cars/motorcycle had broken buttons so we couldn’t use to full performance. Food was ok, but server took a very long time even though there wasn’t a crowd. Definitely not worth what I paid for. Took my son for his 13th birthday and i was so disappointed.
