The restaurant seems like it could be nice, but no one seemed to sure what to do. We came in for lunch and were told the brunch buffet was closed. Which was fine because we were happy to order off the menu, but when we sat down we were told to goto the buffet that they were taking away and no one was sure if they were serving lunch. Our waitress took 15 minutes to get over. She seemed overloaded. Long story short everyone was trying but no one seemed to know what to do. Honestly nothing was bad but if they were able to communicate with us it would have made the experience so much better.

We arrived at 7:05 and we had a party of ten.. the waitress took our order. We waited about 30 for appetizers which were fried pickles and they were cold! Then two minutes later our food came out and IT WAS COLD! Which was their smash burgers. Now it’s 8:15 and they take our food back to remake it. Now it’s 8:55 and they bring the food out and ITS STILL COLD! At this point we asked for the manager because it’s shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make a burger. So we didn’t get a chance to eat until 9:30!! The manager comp our meal but I left hungry because I wasn’t waiting another 30 minutes for food

We had a large party for a birthday 16 total adults and kids. They were expecting us as we made a in advance reservation for this reason. We were told several times after ordering items from the menu that they were out of things or couldn’t make them. We waited almost an hour for drinks and much longer for food. When the food did arrive one of the kids in our group did not get her order at all. We pieced together something for her to eat from our plates until her food finally arrived at the end of our meal. We ordered the ghostbusters marshmallow dessert that is supposed to be torched (toasted table-side) and the server could not get it lit at all so my son shared a very cold marshmallow with chocolate sauce dumped on top. It was underwhelming and disappointing. The kids had fun in the game rooms and they thought the virtual reality experiences were pretty cool. We did Jumani, and both Ghostbusters experiences. There were a few retro arcade games that the adults enjoyed. The bumper cars are “smallish”. Our 13/14 year old teenagers fit but that’s probably the age limit for those. We would potentially visit again for something to entertain the kids for a while but would not make a special trip for it and would not recommend the restaurant. If they could get the service and the restaurant right the whole experience could be awesome. Unfortunately, they fall short on the service end and being prepared. It was especially disappointing because we were there for a special occasion.

The place was fantastic clean well run very welcoming and very enjoyable. Love the VR experience. Definitely going back to do them again. Food was good service staff was great management was amazing. The whole experience was well worth it. Highly Recommend going if you haven’t experienced it definitely add on your list

Everything was good. Servers was exceptional. We loved the speak easy lounge and the Vr games was fun.

It was wonderful. It was not too loud, so everyone was able to have a conversation. The food was delicious. Drinks were perfect!

Food was very disappointing. Chicken and waffles was 1 piece of old chicken thigh, seemed to be reheated. The fancy butter for the waffles tasted like wax. Fish and chips a little better.
