                                                  Mother's Day Buffet The restaurant was about at 1/3 capacity. Service was slow. The food was awful. Very disappointing for $90 per person!

                                                  Only good food was the prime rib and ham. All Else wasn’t good. Pancakes were tough and old, eggs were unflavored, potatoes were dry, vegetables were overcooked and dry. Charcuterie was ok, crepes were ok and didn’t have the omelette. Service was slow and we had to track our server down multiple times for drinks. We sat for 15 minutes when we arrived and no one came to give us water, let alone ask if we wanted any drinks. Will not return

                                                  Looks amazing- Amazing area we frequent due to our son living in Bend. Terrible food, undercooked meat. And soo overpriced ! Incredibly sad that it never showed anywhere how much the buffet was per person. My bad for not asking. $105 each for Bend! We have been to the Beverly Hilton for Christmas brunch and paid less and had better food So sad that after visiting our son for the Holidays we had to pay $105 for each adult that didn’t include alcohol and was so incredibly bad. The service was amazing though and feltbad for the staff. Don’t go Save your money

                                                  We were delayed sitting 20 min and with TV a three and five year old, delays are rough. We never saw our waitress and had to go to the bar for drinks. The tri tip and salmon were dry and cold. The seafood tower was Underwhelming… clams, mussels and shrimp. The kids table had corn dogs, ham sandwiches and fruit. Pasta would’ve been nice for them. The food was ok just not worth the price. Better customer service would e been appreciated.

                                                  I have heard great things about their Christmas buffet but the food and service really did not stand out this year on Christmas Eve. The salmon was overcooked, the prime rib was very undercooked (no option for even a medium-rare cut), and they were struggling with keeping up with the food supply. We were a party of six that was forced to sit in a large round table set for 8. It really was not a cozy set up at all for us. The room was freezing (we had to wear coats). And, it was just over the top expensive!

                                                  It was a lovely setting and most of the staff were very warm and welcoming . With the exception of the guy with a man bun who scolded me for using the wrong salad tongs.

                                                  Decided to take the family out for Xmas eve dinner at the Pavillion for the all you can eat buffet. Very disappointed, the food was terrible, nearly all dishes were overcooked and dried out. The options were reasonable, but only a rare few dishes were delicious and for the price this was a huge disappointment. I had hoped to enjoy an evening out with my family and while it was nice to spend time together, even my 9 year old said that the food left a lot to be desired. We will certainly be looking elsewhere next year for an alternative option. Makes me wonder if all amenities at Tetherow are this mediocre, for the price of a membership I certainly hope not. If you are considering dining at Tetherow, I recommend you keep looking.

                                                  We attended the "Brunch with Santa" event and while there was nothing drastically wrong, I do find it incredibly baffling to charge $50 for a 3 year old to attend, eat, and take part in their favorite part of the holiday - seeing Santa. While the service staff was friendly and attentive, they appeared to be delayed - from the kitchen, bar, or register I cannot confirm. Venue recommendations: 1. Kids under the age of 5 years eat for free (let's be real, they aren't there for the food anyway and eat like birds). 2. Kids 5-12 are half-price. Again, they eat half the amount of an adult and are also there for the experience and to attend with family friends/relatives. 3. A $12 mimosa is absurd for an event of this nature. Help a parent out! That is nearly half the price for a full bottle of Domain Serene's best sparkling wine. 4. Find a way to package the offering to make the value more appealing i.e. provide a picture with Santa, offer a drink ticket, provide "kid kits" with more appealing items, etc. P.S. there are "better" Santa's for hire in town and photos in front of a wall of windows are not ideal

                                                  This buffet that was put together by the catering department without any trained servers or management. Not able to bring the drinks in any kind of timely manner. Dishes stacked and left in the tables. Changed the menu at the last minute so there was no prime rib. It was very poorly done and very expensive. It sounded great on the website but did not approach a standard of dining experience though would be expected at Tetherow on Thanksgiving.
