Got there around 215pm waited to be seated like 10 mins the location was very busy and loud the waiter took like close to 10 mins to come get our drink order food was good but pricey for the brunch value it was 19.95 per person not enough food for a party of 6 , will probably come back but during around time

Worst service I’ve had in Dallas in a while. Some of our group never got their food/drinks. Waiter added 20 dollars to his tip

At 5:30 they were sold out of an appetizer we really wanted. Forced us to try something new, and was excellent!

Music was entirely too loud; manager said he could not and would not adjust the volume. Was out of several items on the menu. Waitress couldn’t provide separate checks after saying she could when she brought the bill, creating a very uncomfortable situation for our guests. Waited on drink order. Nothing about the evening felt right. I was expecting an evening with good food, with background music. I felt like I was on the front rock of a concert. I don’t think I will ever be back, unfortunately.

We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation. We explained that many groups from our cheer gym were going to be there as well and would like to sit in whatever area these groups were going to be sat. The guy insisted I meant only sitting outside which I reiterated I did not specifically request. Thirty to forty minutes after our reservation we were finally sat at a picnic table outside. We proceeded to sit at that table for roughly fifty minutes before we were even served water and the tea my daughter asked for. At no point were we asked if we wanted to order appetizers or dinner for that matter. Our waitress was basically nonexistent. We at that point simply asked for the check to pay for the drink and left. Dinner at Maggiano’s that evening was delicious with excellent actual customer service.

My friends and I went to The Rustic for Texas Independence Day. The brunch food was delicious! Service was good! Also, we loved listening to the live music. The bands were great! We would definitely come back.

We went to The Rustic in Houston, and it was Amazing!! We were expecting the same quality of food and experience. It wasn’t as good.

Had a 715 reservation. Not seated until 840. Ridiculous. After that terrible service. Took well over an hour to get food. Would not go there again.

I attended a private event one night and made reservations for the following evening! The food is amazing, especially the chicken sandwich. Reasonably priced drinks and menu items. Our server was friendly and chatted with us for a bit. Love the energy here! I’m here for a conference but will be back next time I’m in Dallas!
