The Saint offers a fresh, Italian-inspired menu, highlighted by dry-aged meat and
chops, fresh pasta made in-house, by Chef Jacob Williamson. The Saint offers Complimentary Valet Parking on site. The beverage program showcases inventive spins on classic cocktails, with house-made syrups and tonics, as well as a robust wine menu with Italian wine and California reds. The overall design is inspired by a “saints and sinners” theme, featuring a modern art influence with contrasting moods, accomplished by using materials and design, such as wood and steel as well as bright and dark color tones.

The restaurant was a nice experience. Great valet parking. The atmosphere was a little loud as other reviewers have said. The service was excellent and they actually had our reserved table ready. The appetizer menu was a little wanting. Just didn’t have any staples ( didn’t want a bunch of bread, didn’t want raw beef, didn’t want raw fish, oysters or soup) Was looking forward to the salad, but was told the Cesar salad was spicy so that’s a no go. The mixed green salad was flavorful, but had so much dressing it appeared to be a slaw. I bet it would have been great in dressing moderation. My guests seem to enjoy their steaks, pasta and short ribs. I did have one of the short ribs which was tender and delicious. We ordered all the sides which were delicious as well. Dessert 🧁 was very good. We share the cookies 🍪. Overall it was a good experience, maybe a little pricey at $115pp. I would recommend the restaurant, but I doubt that I will go back.

This is probably one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas, the food is amazing and the service is always phenomenal. Ian was our server and did a great job providing wine pairing recommendations with every dish. Very attentive and knowledgeable.

Went right at 5 for the start of happy hour. The caviar potato bites were a perfect bite - I could’ve eaten a dozen of those. Also ordered: Papas Bravas (a little spicy), Waygu steak frites (with bone marrow butter for the fries! - perfect for 2 to share), Maine lobster arancini (just ok. Didn’t taste bad it’s just that everything else was so much better). Drinks were on point and strong for $10! Service was fantastic.

One of the juiciest steaks I have ever had. Interesting cocktail choices. Portion sizes were perfect. Would definitely come back.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Tomahawk for 2 Tuesday is delicious. So worth stepping out on a Tuesday night. The manager Corey is very nice and attentive. We will defenitely be coming back.

every time i've come i've gotten ian and it has been such a memorable and amazing experience. he's so helpful and knowledgeable of the menu both in drinks and food. he's such a bubbly lively person who is amazing to talk to. he's very attentive and patient.
